Slat-wood accent walls, fluted panels, fireplace surrounds, and feature niches. Stone, tile, wood, or plaster finishes. We design the look with you and build it clean. This is the detail that makes a room feel custom.
Bespoke Layouts & Structural
Open up walls, raise ceilings, or rework the floor plan around how you live. Structural engineering and permits are handled with the City of Toronto. We build the layout your home does not have yet. One crew coordinates structure and finish.

Specialty plaster, designer tile, hardwood, and trade-only fixtures. We hold accounts with top suppliers and pass the access to you. Every surface is prepped and installed to a high standard. The finish level you picture, done right the first time.

Free Design Consultation
We visit, measure, and listen to your idea. Bring photos, sketches, or a saved board. We turn it into a buildable plan with a 3D visual. A fixed-price written scope follows the visit, no commitment.
Design Finalization + Permit
We refine the design, pick materials, and lock the scope. Any required permits are filed with the City of Toronto. Custom pieces are drawn and ordered before the build starts.
Build & Install — One Crew
The same crew designs, builds, and installs every detail. Millwork is made and fitted on site. Daily cleanup and a written schedule throughout. Final walkthrough before the last payment.

Yes. Bring your own drawings, a designer's plan, or just photos and ideas. We turn them into a buildable, code-compliant plan. You approve the design and the fixed price before we start.
Cabinetry and millwork on their own do not. Moving walls, changing structure, or new wiring does require a Building Permit. We assess your project and file any required permits with the City of Toronto. The free site visit covers this.
It depends on the design and how much custom millwork is involved. Made-to-fit pieces add some lead time, and we tell you upfront. We give a firm written schedule before you sign. Our On-Time commitment backs the dates we agree to.
One in-house CNB crew designs, builds, and installs. The same team is with you from first sketch to final fit. Licensed electrical and plumbing are handled in-house. You have one project manager the whole way through.
