CNB Renovation — full name Canada Nation Builders Renovation — has been serving Toronto GTA homeowners since 2015. We work across residential and commercial renovation: interior and exterior, from a single bathroom to a full basement-to-attic transformation.
Our team is dedicated to transforming spaces with precision and attention to detail. Every project gets a personalized approach — one crew, one contract, one point of contact from the first site visit to the final certificate handover. After 10+ years and 215 completed projects across Toronto, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, Mississauga, and Brampton, one thing hasn't changed: we manage every project — no matter the size or complexity — so the result is both functional and inspiring. We're available 8 AM – 11 PM, 7 days a week.

Your quote is your final number. We don't adjust scope mid-project. Any change requires your written sign-off before we proceed. No surprise invoices at the end.

The team that demolishes is the team that frames, drywalls, tiles, and finishes. The same in-house crew, same faces every day, one point of contact — no communication gaps, no "that was the other guy's job."
Every permit — handled
We are BCIN certified. We file your Building Permit with the City of Toronto, schedule every required inspection, and hand you the sign-off certificate at project completion. You don't make a single call to the City.
We hold the schedule
We give you a written project schedule before we start, then we hold ourselves to it — with a status review every week. No vanishing crews, no open-ended jobs, no excuses when it's our scheduling on the line.
Licenced, insured, accountable
WSIB Clearance
Current WSIB Clearance Certificate — every person on your job site is covered under Ontario's Workplace Safety & Insurance Board. No liability exposure for the homeowner.
BCIN Certified
Building Code Identification Number — our designer is licensed under Ontario's Building Code Act to prepare and file permit drawings with the City of Toronto and surrounding municipalities.
$2M Liability Insurance
$2,000,000 Commercial General Liability insurance covers property damage and bodily injury on every CNB project. Certificate of insurance available on request before work begins.
10-Year Structural Warranty
Every CNB renovation comes with a 10-year structural warranty, 2-year materials, and 1-year workmanship. Written warranty certificate handed to you at final sign-off — not a verbal promise.

You refer a friend
Tell a friend, neighbour, or colleague about CNB. They contact us and mention your name when requesting a quote.
They complete a project
Your friend signs a contract with CNB and pays for their renovation. Any project size qualifies — bathroom, basement, deck, full build.
You receive 5%
Cash for amounts under $1,000 CAD. E-transfer for $1,000+ CAD. Example: friend pays $70,000 for a basement renovation — you earn $3,500.
Referral must be disclosed before a quote is issued. Reward paid after project completion and full payment received by CNB Renovation.
